We are proud to be the only organisation in our sector with a training and development programme endorsed by the Institute of Customer Service – The Listening Academy
What sets us apart is that our people engage fully with your customers so they get the experience you want and they deserve. In order to do this our people combine great communication skills with emotional intelligence and commercial awareness. The Listening Academy is the means by which we achieve this.
The Listening Academy is organized into three 6-month programmes. 1. Technical and Communication Skills; 2. Life Skills and 3. Skills for Business. The programmes’ modules combine facilitation and skills development to enhance self awareness and relationship management with excellent technical capability. The result is highly capable, responsible, creative self-determining individuals who own their development.
The Listening Academy is targeted to our front-line and team manager populations, although it’s open to all and anyone joining The Listening Company is encouraged to attend key modules. Development at all levels of our business is paramount to our success. Everyone owns a personal development plan designed to support their own and their team’s ability to grow and develop.
