Neville Upton | CEO

The Listening Company is Neville’s baby – born in 1998 and lovingly nurtured to the present day. Neville’s responsibility covers overall strategy and direction of the Company. 

Adrian Ingham | Divisional Managing Director

A founding member of The Listening Company, Adrian is now Managing Director for Enterprise Services and oversees strategic relationships with several major clients.

Anna Culver | Group Director of Finance

As Group Director of Finance, Anna is responsible for the financial reporting, performance management and internal controls across the Company. With 22 years experience Anna has a solid financial background and has been with The Listening Company since the turn of the Century (2000).

Dave Rumble | Director

Dave joined the company in 2010 and oversees all client operational activities, leveraging service offerings in line with our next period of growth. He hopes to play a major part in the next chapter of The Listening Company’s ongoing success story.

Ginette Jarman | PA to CEO

Lawrence Dallaglio | Sales Director

Lawrence is not only an ambassador and advocate of The Listening Company, he is our Sales Director and works closely with the executive team to develop the company’s sales strategies.

Phil Shuldham-Legh | Director

Our approach to attracting new clients has become increasingly consultative, meaning Phil spends his time developing solutions and commercial propositions with our prospects.

Stephen Brodigan | Chief Technology Officer

Stephen oversees all operational activity in the IT department, maximising use of current technologies and developing new strategies to drive business and deliver long-term value for customers.

Tom Cassidy | Divisional Managing Director

Tom has overall responsibility for the development, growth, profit and loss and operational delivery of all of The Listening Company’s corporate clients.

Trevor Brown | Divisional Managing Director

Trevor heads the group’s Public Services division working with Central and Local Governmental departments; Healthcare; Charities; and Associations with specific focus on Efficiency and Effectiveness; and raising Citizen, Consumer, Supporter and Member satisfaction.

Will Pentony | Divisional Managing Director

Will is responsible for managing relationships with several of our Financial Services clients, as we expand our current portfolio in this sector.
