Its cashplus prepaid gold MasterCard^® won best customer service ahead of debit and credit card programmes. Advanced Payment Solutions was the only prepaid card company in the industry to be acknowledged by the judging panel for high service standards.

The Card Awards recognise best of breed programmes and are judged by leading industry and personal finance consumer advocacy groups such as APACs, Moneyfacts, Card World and Fraud Watch, USwitch and the Personal Finance Education Group as well as senior executives from VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
