About us

The Listening Company was established in 1998 by a team of visionaries from the worlds of contact centres, marketing and finance. Their driving ambition was to build a business through quality, reliability and creativity, that recognised clients as individual brands with unique needs.

So was born The Listening Company.

Some ten years on and we are still delighting clients with out-of-the-box thinking that enables them to compete effectively in the current climate of diminishing loyalty and rising expectations from their customers.

Communication, being now almost universally 'multi-channel', led us to pioneer the EPI approach, using our EpiCentre technology, which our agents use to manage interactions accross Email, Phone and Internet channels.

 It is innovation like this that has helped make us the fastest growing contact centre business in our sector.

So, mission accomplished?

No way! The business is still run by ambitious people in all areas from the IT to Finance, HR to Training and Development, many of whom started their careers on the phone.

We are very privileged to work with some of the biggest brands in the world, and we are always looking to attract high calibre people who want a challenging and rewarding career, with early prospects of promotion.
