The idea for TSF – which is based on the Financial Services Authority’s Treating Customers Fairly programme – was initially conceived by one of The Listening Company’s frontline Advisers and has been developed to demonstrate the company’s commitment to its people.

Goldsmith, who joined Chief Executive Office Neville Upton and former England rugby captain Lawrence Dallaglio, now Sales Director at The Listening Company, to promote the initiative, said: “As one of Richmond’s leading employers, I’m delighted to support The Listening Company in their bid to drive employee engagement.  They clearly care about the health and wellbeing of their staff and the buzz on the calling floors is evidence of their commitment to motivating their people.”

Dallaglio said: “We’re very grateful to Zac for supporting our latest venture. Our people are the cornerstone of our business and we realise the importance of engaging and motivating them as we continue to grow as a company. Such commitment bodes well for our future development.”

The Listening Company’s Richmond office is also currently trialling a wellness initiative aimed at improving staff’s mental and physical wellbeing, with employees opting in to receive financial advice and nutritional guidance from industry specialists via text and email.
