Lawrence Dallaglio speaks at CCA Convention

Lawrence Dallaglio, The Listening Company’s Sales Director, is to deliver a speech on teamwork and motivation at the CCA Global Customer Contact Convention in Glasgow on 16^th November.

The former England rugby captain, who joined The Listening Company as Director of Motivation in 2006, will draw on his vast experience to discuss leadership techniques in both the sporting and the business world.
