The Listening Company has enhanced its business development team by appointing Julie McCann as Group Business Development Director in a bid to further boost group performance.
McCann, a qualified change strategist with over 25 years experience in customer management outsourcing, consultancy, leadership and people development, joins the executive team and will share a close working relationship with Lawrence Dallaglio.
Having successfully aided the growth of previous organisations Merchants-Dimension Data, Telecom Service Centres and beCogent, McCann’s appointment will leverage The Listening Company’s plans for further expansion.
